I'm sitting in my break room at work, on an extended break because our payroll got cut, on the verge of tears out of pure inspiration. I started my own business a little over a year ago and I feel so lost some days, so disconnected that I've changed the entire focus of my business from fitness results to mindful living Thank you for the inspiration you've given me today. Crying typing this. I just noticed that i am unhappy, when i thought i was happy. Yeah i have a good life, but i need more. I work 5 days a week, 2 days off. Its eat, sleep work repeat. 2 days off, being sooo tired 2 week holiday and everything will repeat again. We are working on our own company, i really pray to God to help us, to give me more. I want to travel, i feel like i am not alive but surviving. I believe in the Christian God so i do believe He will help me. Guys you are awesome, stay who you are. Many blessings to you.

Beautiful video, beautiful message. My husband and I moved to a tiny island off the coast of Honduras 6 months ago and we've never been happier. We have more time for cooking, yoga, swimming, reading and best of all, more time to spend with each other and connecting with ourselves. I feel more passionate about the work I do (all online, and we realized that all the things we don't have easy access to here, we never really needed in the first place. It's pure freedom. Keep on doing what you do.

This video is amazing, I'm speechless I'm 19 years old and right now i have to decide what to do in my life. I'm scared cause i know deep inside me my dream is to travel the world and see places i've never seen before. But all thiss sounds and seems so hard and far beyond my power to make it a reality. Constantly i keep thinknig that time is passing by so fast and maybee i wil never be able to make my dreams a reality.

That's great for you. but not everyone wants to lead an unnatural life. filming so much of your life experience. Let's face it. for income. So, is it art or is it life. To me, we have a very limited time in this existence God gave us. I'd rather live it authentically and not for all the world to see. Just my opinion. Think about it. Are you living in freedom?

I have been trying to ignore that voice in my head for the past two years, but thanks to your videos and honesty I finally listened. I resigned from my office job and will pursue my freelancing allowing me to travel the world, first step is going to India and doing my 200 hour yoga training course. My heart finally feels alive and excited again.

I recently discovered the purity of early morning hikes. I have a dream to one day walk the Camino de Santiago, the Way of St James. It's a religious pilgrimage from France to Spain and takes about a month. I also have finally been assigned to work as a volunteer nurse aboard the Mercy Ships Africa Mercy, a goal I've had for 3 years. Senegal 2020
