I don't wanna be the classic Italian complaining about the food, but please at least don't put casual Italian food-related words to name your recipes. Scarpariello is the name of a typical pasta sauce that originated in Naples. The name scarpariello means shoemaker in meapolitan dialect, like Rick said, because the shoemakers until the beginning of the 20th century often received cheese as a payment for their services. That cheese was then consumed by the shop workers during lunchtime most of times grated on top of maccheroni in red sauce. So scarpariello, long story short, is tomato pasta loaded with grated parmigiano, pecorino and why not also some old provolone. Please use the right names and pay honor and respect to food culture. XO Your friendly neighbor Gastronome.

Could you guys do an American style gyro recipe? I was thinking it would be cool to make a recipe for this marinating sausages with greek spices then barbecuing them. American gyro meat is just a huge sausage type thing anyway. I don't have the skills to know how to do this best myself though. You guys can probably come up with something even better and easier though. I heard that American style gyros used a mix of ground beef and pork and just a little bit of lamb. So I was thinking it would be good to use all three types of sausages and then cooking them a bit then removing the casing and cutting them up and putting the slices on skewers and grilling those to get that nice gyro crust.

I keep trying to like the Rick videos but something about it just rubs me the wrong way. this is the third or fourth video that I have begrudgingly watched to give him the chances I'm sure he deserves, but I am just not a fan. For the Spanish recipes, I prefer Gaby. For Italian, I'd far prefer Carla. Just a personal preference thing.

Rick with the save and win, I've been trying to figure out a new chicken dish which will reheat well for my packed lunches for work (getting burnt out on my staples) and boom Rick comes out with this beauty. I cannot wait to make and taste this. I'm already the envy of the office lunch room, this will just further cement my reign

I love everything you guys do Really and truly One request though. Can you please work on the audio? I see you have a boom. Its never used on the folks coming in to test the food. Please either put a mic on these people or boom them properly. It kills me that a lot of your videos have such low quality audio.

Why does this marricon wear nail polish yet the actual females don't? Because the females care about food safety and the marricon cares about being a marricon? Maybe get a marricon that cares about food safety on camera. There are like 30 of them at BA, any of them will do.

Just couldn't stop looking at this man's blue finger nails and asking: Why? Is he a little nuts? Probably. In a profession where sanitation is a preeminent concern - he's chosen to send another message. What message is that? Don't really know. But it's not about cooking.

you should make a video where you take inexperienced cooks and have them follow a recipe. A BA staff member can watch and judge, but not help. Also hi I am an inexperienced cook who lives relatively close to NYC and am available for hire.
