Seriously. How ignorant are you that you don't know how an egg parantha is made. And you are supposed to be some uber chef that does food reviews You don't even know the food you are reviewing. so all you are doing so looking amazed and hyping it. Get some competence first!

Please never stop this with Chef Meherwan. He has a spark to him which just translates to his presentation skills as well as the people around him. I want to watch a whole series of him travelling around south asian countries and talking about food.

Love watching Chef describe food so well
Two corrections:
1. That is an LPG cylinder, not a propane tank
2. The announcement that you hear at 5: 48 is the payment received by UPI (the QR code payment system in India)

Just so you understand the difference, an American chef doing the same thing would have bought a bungalow a restaurant and car by now. But an Indian doing that is still on the street because the profit margin is so low.

Ye kya backchodi kar raha hai stuffed paronthas dough flat bread onions spices.
Ghar me maa biwi behen bhabhi nahi banati kya 10-15 din me ek baar normally. Ek baar kitchen me chala gaya hota to ye sab nahi karta.

People can say biriyani, rajma chawal, chole bhature are best north Indian dishes but Paratha tops for me. i have also perfected art of making dough, inserting filling and frying which makes whole process so satisfying.

You are easily my favourite food blogger.
Your genuine, simple, humourois and natural commentary is second to none. Please visit a few more cities and overseas countries too. Wishing your continued success

Thank you BA and Chef Meherwan for showing us this incredible side to Indian street food. Love this series, I'd love to see the chef down in the South like Kerala and Hyderabad covering the icredible food there too!

Guys, wanted your opinion on the aloo and egg paratha Does the egg compliment the aloo since it feels like a weird combination
Also, drop your recs so I can try these delicious parathas if/whenever I visit here.

Chef Meherwan is the next Anthony Bourdain. I was laughing and mesmerized with the egg parantha recipe! All his videos are so joyful and filled with a positive energy that is hard to find.

Pickle acts as a Pre-biotic which creates fire in digestive system.
Curd is also served along with parota which acts as a Pro-biotic
Both are essential to digest heavily stuffed parota.

I don’t understand why these people convert food prices into dollars, I mean if you want the food sellers will charge you in dollars only and that too at tourists price not the local price

They really need to utilize Chef Meherwan more, he's the best person to be traveling around India and revealing the great foods to be had. Would love more longer form content with him.

Come and feel your insides leaving your body as you come to realise why the Indian love of public defecating and cleaning their bum with their hand isn’t the best recipe for street food.

5: 15 I don't have a translation but I bet anything the guy behind you was like boss, this guy is between me and the ghee container and the boss was like let him finish this shot
reply

Said it before and Im gonna say it again. Chef Meherwan is the GOAT of food presenters. He talks constantly, yet he says something important with every word.
reply

3: 07 it’s not ghee (clarified butter) but likely some kind of vegetable oil which is highly processed. Just saying. not trying to correct the acclaimed chef
reply

When your reference points for a great dish like aloo paratha are pancakes and mac n cheese you know that nothing American daily cuisine can match the Indian food
reply

you know why west people say india is dirty because of videos like this, I enjoy this content but in english he is making and showing all unhygienic things.
