No, you didn't misread the title. Pastry Chef Claire Saffitz has returned to one of her earlier gourmet conquests: Pop Tarts. This time, she's making a simplified version of her original gourmet Pop Tarts so that anybody can make them from home using common kitchen equipment

Claire. If you want to train your cat to stay off counters, just put tape, sticky side up, on the counter when you know the cat has the kitchen to himself. After an experience or two of tape on their paw, most cats will forever avoid the place where that happened.

My favorite part of watching Claire cook is seeing inside of her fridge. Bc it reminds me of mine! I always have what feels like a million containers, and anytime i add something new i need to rearrange so thank you, Claire, for making me feel more normal!

We love Claire! When the BA Test Kitchen re-opens, please try and make bursting Boba! That'll be an excellent challenge. Don't tell Claire it's worse than the gushers probably. But, Bursting Boba is the new Bubble Tea ingredient in the bottom.

chris when claire is showing off the finished poptart: you need a kid or a kitten to add some chaos. felix the cat when claire is cutting the poptart: did someone in the future ask for some retroactive chaos?

I want to take the time to thank the whole BA Team infornt and behind the camera for all the effort they put up to keep the show running even in this times. Thank you very much BA Team you are the best! :)

anyone else notice that Claire has, what looks like a 30-Hamilton Beach toaster oven and a 50, 0. 7-cu ft microwave oven? Even a gourmet Pastry Chef needs to use these crappy quicker cooker-uppers.

As an American who bakes a lot and as a favor to our friends outside the US could BA start using metric measurements? BA clearly has many fans not in the US with its weird weights and measures.

More quality, wholesome content. I love it and I can t wait for the next episodes. I would love to see a version of this with It s Alive and all the fermentation projects as well!

Such a relief seeing Claire s struggle to find the strawberries in her freezer! Every time I m engaged in that battle, I have felt like such a disorganized looser. Maybe this will help.
