Join brand new Bon App tit video host Chrissy Tracey in her home kitchen as she makes fried oyster mushrooms, collard greens and cornbread. Chrissy is a vegan chef extraordinaire and one of her favorite things to do is adapt classics and comfort food. So if you're looking to add some more veggies to your life, this recipe is a good place to start. inkliizii: I love that they added a vegan chef, and a chef of color! As long as she's being paid what she deserves. I love the format of BA videos, but we're watching you all now. Make sure people are being treated well.

Hey, people who want to continue to bash this company who is trying to change and get back in track. What do you want them to do? They have acknowledged their mistakes. They got rid of people. They have hired on people and are paying them well. Do you want hundreds of people to lose their jobs because a company that has so many different facets had disfunction? Do realize how many companies have issues within that you just don t know about because it s just not public. Get over yourselfs. They want to grow and move on. Stop holding a grudge and extend some grace. Goodness our culture is scary.

Y'all are trying too hard to prove that you didn't actually understand the issue.
We get it, y'all are white people bad-mode now after you spitted on your ex workers and current ones too.
This is not it, it's so fake and forced it hurts.
How about you bringing all the workers and ex workers back in BA and make a video where you apologize to THEM and maybe even us?
Not saying, just saying.

Omg I hope everyone saying the same stuff over and over feels like they did their good deed for the day instead of actually going out and trying to change something or acknowledging their own shortcomings and working on it. I bet you still watched the video.

BA! You should maybe address your audience with what s happened in the past, how you re accepting accountability now, and what changes to your strategy you ll be making given everything! Probably better than having your audience turn against you I think.

All of the wrongs Bon Appetit and Conde Nast have committed aside, Chrissy seems like a wonderful host with a culinary background BA hasn't explored on video before, and I'm personally looking forward to seeing more of her content.

Hi this is Chrissy! I m making Fried Oyster Mushrooms today. This is a vegan take on a southern classic that s a great start for anyone wanting to try a vegan but familiar recipe. Let me know in the comments if you make it!

Great host and wonderful personality! But BA and CN are kidding themselves if they think they can continue as it was before. The damage done is irreparable and the Internet will not forgive.

This is pathetic. Stop pumping out these videos and address the elephant in the room. And don't make the elephant prepare an Asian or African dish. And pay the elephant fairly FFS

I m disappointed in BA. like they are trying soooo hard. like it s not genuine. Don t hate on the editors. They got hired and they are doing their job.
