Medieval Europeans 1000yrs ago. found smoking pork meat lasted longer and tasted great. and are credited for SMOKING MEATS

deciding to not eat certain animals because some old mythology declares the shape of their hooves to be inconsistent with human consumption is silly. maybe just stop eating animals altogether?

Kosher food is very delicicous but I would never ear it because of the painful butchering methods that needs to be used when killing the animals.
I prefer to eat meat from animals that where not tortured

The kosher supervisor is essentially the mafia, friend who owns a kosher restaurant told me they extort you and make you pay fees or else they take your certification away
