I love watching you man! You have such a cool and relaxed, yet very knowledgeable to food and dining. And I respect so much how humble you are, you don't see much people like you anymore, specially on TV or Social Media. If you ever come to Stockholm and if you wish you see how vibrant the Scandinavian food scene actually is, look me up on Instagram as livetoeatlovelife or on Facebook as Live to Eat and Love Life. Have an amazing day: )!

Hey Lucas, Please stop waving those effin' fingers in the air EACH time you have to express something, instead use your vocabulary. And why the hell do you have to act like a pretentious fancy diner who can't hold a piece of meat/ food properly. pinching and plucking the meat like it's some delicate flower petals. Take a god damn bite out of it like normal people do. Apart from that. I like the format of the show.

Cola Champagne was my jam as a kid. Drink that with a fried fish or patty on the beach and you are set. I tend to remove the not so nice skin from the pigtail and just eat the meat. I love the diversity of foods you all look at. I've learned so much about different food cultures.

can u find some good places to eat around southern california in the inland empire? theres a great puerto rican bbq in riverside that sells pulled pork sandwhiches for 6 and they r so bomb. i love this filipino bbq in moreno valley aswell

That Kola Champagne probably tasted horrific since it's not the real stuff. The original one was created here in Puerto Rico and it's the same color as coke; just much, much sweeter and with sort of a bubblegum and root bear taste.

The longer Lucas eats professionally, the more weight he loses. Crazy. By season 12 he'll have the physique of a blue-haired grandmother. The food at the joint in this episode looks good. Have to try when next in L. A.

It makes me so happy to see people giving my culture a try! My family and i eat there once a week, id recommend anyone who can go do so! Try the bean panades and meat pie, you can never go wrong with those

I like how Lucas described the foods! Gives me better, more precise guesses of how it'll taste (since I can't really find most of them here) heheheThanks Eater (Lucas, too ofc, good luck as always

There is hardly any Spanish influence in Belizean cuisine. Belize was an English colony. It's Mayan, Creole, and Garifuna. Just because they do rice and stewed beans it doesn't make it Spanish.

I like Belizean and Haitian food more than Jamaican food. Jamaican food is too musky with those scotch peppers. if you add regular table salt to Jamaican food it becomes more bitter.
