At Michelin-starred NYC restaurant The Musket Room, chef Mary Attea draws on her own Lebanese heritage, as well as the ideas of other chefs in her kitchen, to make an inspired winter menu. Here we see her test out a mackerel with citrus vinaigrette, prawn-stuffed tortellini topped with lobster roe, and a play on barbecued pork in Middle Eastern spices. Shanarai: The dishes look great I always prefer the chef to be the owner as well because it gives them more creative control but I understand not everyone can be in that position

Watching this series always makes me appreciate the craft in cooking more. All the chef's hard work and passion can truly be seen in their dish and It also teaches me a lot about the world of cooking that I have never seen, I really appreciate the series

these people are so slow, they will cry if they work on a cruiseship, thats why i see no American working in the galley on an american cruise liner
