So this was filmed in 2019. I hope both the restaurant and everyone survived. When you see the joy, love and spontaneity it makes you realize how much we have lost by not seeing smiles and laughter. We have lost so much through fear and govt led terror.

I find Nancy Silverton absolutely insufferable. Dario is a fixture, have seen him on multiple culinary shows. he seems like a lovely, albeit a bit eccentric guy.

I was able to work under Dario for a week in 2012 in Italy. This man is a true legend, his shop is the heart beat of that town. What a magical time that was!
