Tadashi Yoshida is considered to be one of the best sushi masters in Japan. After closing his famous restaurant in Nagoya, he set out to make his mark on New York City with an impressive 20-course omakase service at Yoshino in NoHo. PFx: The raw climate damaging reality of fancy sushi.
I love sushi, local sushi. There is the Atlantic near New York, instead this guy flies dead animals from Japan most days of the week.
If he s so good, he d know what to serve locally.
