I've eaten at Senia several times and the food is simply amazing. The focus on pristine local ingredients and delicious preparations makes this one of the best restaurants in the state if not the nation.

My family and I ended up going to Senia on our trip to Hawaii based off of this video, and it was absolutely incredible. The wagyu short rib was the best piece of meat Ive ever had.
