It's about pairing the right host with right restaurant. Sheldon is not super articulate with words but he is genuine with his Hawaiian love and vibe. Serena seems like a nice person but I would not use taste like salt water but instead sea sweet is a better word. Takes a lot to put yourself out there! Keep posting these videos. I have met Mario at his restaurant in Hong Kong and I think his brand with orange crocs can never go hi end but more of a high end deli. Happy eats everyone. - asianfoodnerd -ig

this is really irritating. mediocre restaurant with tons of money relies on the big name to get hype. and when people are unimpressed they get in another big name to try and save the sinking ship. it reminds me of when football (soccer teams) bring in a big name manager or star striker to try and turn things around. its all a bit corporate. and i really don't see how a stinky candle is better than a leg of ham and a sword.

I think the way the food is presented makes me want to try it. It allows you to connect with one another and enjoy not just the food, but the companionship. As we can see the chemistry between these two, that is what food is all about. :)
