This guy does the same videos every time. This KBBQ is awesome. He's just promoting restaurants for his friends or friends' friends. They're just trying to make money. He has no credibility. He either doesn't know what the F he's talking abt or he's an ethnocentric. Another thing, I love KBBQ and K food but Korean doesn't really have any varieties. It's the same thing every time. They just repackage the same product. Koreans need to start making sth new. Japanese and Chinese cuisines are so much richer in taste and innovation.

In the 7th and fig shopping center in DTLA Park's BBQ has a sister food spot that you can get bowls of their KBBQ, perfect if you've never had KBBQ before and just want to try it, or if you want KBBQ but don't want to go sit down at a KBBQ and do all you can eat or whatever

A difference between American and Japanese waygu is that the American isnt as fat and the marbling isnt as good as teh Japanese ones. Also, personally, I think American waygu doesnt have as much flavors than the Japanese. But American waygu is great and worth a try

That's real good meat. How could it not taste great? That last bit with the meat on the bone is the best, and with all the collagen is healthy for you too, as our modern meat diet doesn't include it in the proportions we consumed it in historically.

raw meat yes! . learn your history boy! korean culture especially very southern and costal areas have vast raw food aspect comprising with chicken, pork, goat, lamb, duck, snake etc. these korean american boys have no idea whattheyrtalking about!

IMO the texture of a beef tartare suffers a lot if there is no sauce of any kind involved, and also it needs complimentary flavours compared to cooked beef, since there is no maillard reaction or other complimentary flavours inherent to the dish.

nah forget it guys, this place is overpriced, overpromised and under delivered. I've been eating here for 3-4 times and you can get to other places in koreatown LA for half the price and equal amount of taste.

I never known about they sell it raw beef to customer in america. the raw beef's kind of delicacy food, it wasn't popular food. also many Korean doesn't like that, so normal BBQ restaurants do not boast to them.
