Prime Time is BACK. Today at the Meat Hook, Ben and Brent are battling to see who can make the better ramen sausage. Things get a little salty. stizan24: I will say that the very first video I watched of you two I was like who are these jerks but then I watched a couple more videos, and now I love you guys. I would ha g out and talk food with you guys. Im not a chef or a butcher, but I process my own deer and like to buy primal sand cut my own meat. I make my own sausage too. I made chorizo yesterday. Its the easiest sausage. Im making several pounds of various brats this spring for summer grilling fun. I would like to take one of your sausage classes because I only have a couple recipes and I would better like to know how to construct sausages on the fly so to speak.

I'm sick of the Nick comments. I love and miss Nick just as much and feel we deserve an explanation as to what happened to him, but don't discuss it here. This is Prime Time and not the Meat Show. The Meat Show is gone and totally different. These guys are cool, fun and knowledgable and they actually prepare meat themselves. Nick only reviewed, these guys actually prepare stuff. If your bitter over Nick, coming here and being negative to Brent and Ben out of frustration is helping no one and only hurting people.

Hello guys, I hope you will read my comment. I am really curious to know how braising a meat in Indian spices for few hours and then grilling it after resting it will taste, since I don't have all facilities It would be great if you guides can try it and publish a video about it.

You guys should do an episode where you make thai sausages. They have ones with fermented pork from Issan and other varieties with rice or vermicelli noodles inside. They deep fry them and theyre some of the best sausages in the world

the stuff on the packages that you can't read are the replacement chemicals for msg. they have the exact physical reactions on a body that msg has, but since people can't read them, they can advertise 'no msg added'.

I think ramen is pretty flavorless before you add seasoning which brings me to believe he not only cooked the ramen in coffee pot but added the seasoning and ate them out of the coffee pot lol
