Love that Filipino food is showed to the mass but my only problem is half of what they made is not authentic Filipino food. There are not Filipino chefs! Were are the Lolo and Lolas. They need to go back home and learn how to make it the right way! Were are my caldareta Baka, pinakbet, Bicol express, inasal, kare kare, sinigang hipon, pork adobo, and halo-halo. These so-called Pinoy chefs are lazy. These ppl are fil-am lost touch of real Filipino food. Is it me the Pinoys on this video trying to hard to impress this host with there fake laughs. Need to re-do Filipino no passport required and they need to involve where the food comes from and their history. One more thing. Where is the karaoke?

For Filipinos, its way better to have an abundant table than having an inadequate one. We often go back to the serving table several times to get more. You really have to taste all the dishes. Filipinos also love to talk, so dinners last throughout the night, which means, you have to eat more because talking makes you hungry And you do not have to worry about leftovers because you can bring them back home and just reheat for several days. Thats why we also have recipes like lechon sinigang and lechon paksiw where we turn our leftovers into a different kind of food.

Real Filipinos cooks outside their house that is what we called fiesta people who live in urban areas doesn't feel anymore the essence of fiesta. we live in rural area and fiestaa here are the best u eat with people u don't even know everyone is welcome even if u are a passerby we will invite you to eat with us it's the best

I've tried to stay away from Filipino food when I'm travelling because I can have that everyday here in the country. But a celebration like this, I'd love to be a part of because I want to experience how they make and enjoy Filipino food and how they put their own unique flavor to it.

I'm from LA and part Filipino too, might as well move to Seattle. I love Kare-kare, bulalo, pancit palabok, and every dish cooked in this video. And they have Paella, you won't be needing extra rice with that, that's fine with me. Kagutom, syet!
