When they came to America, they stopped being white/European, they instead became Lantinx which is a new dumb term for Hispanics/Latinos, terms no longer in favor. They became minorities. I wish we'd gotten a bit more in-depth on the ingredients. the cooking techniques I can suss out, based on the ingredients, but it's gotta be more than fish, shrimp, onions, olive oil, and rice.
