Two things I need to share - FIRST - I've got your lovely book from my husband for my name's day in June. Book is AMAZING, good job SECOND thing - I am coming to Naples in November yay! I am planing to stay in Pompeii, not in Naples itself however. Can you or anyone here recommend some nice and not too expensive place to eat goooood pizza Cheeres!

Hiiiii! Been missing your content from Months. I’ve made your no bake cheesecake two times, once with strawberry compote and the second time with blueberry compote on top! It was so good! The first time I had some errors because I didn’t have a handheld mixer back then so the texture was a little soft, but the second time was a hitme and my family are in love! You’re one of the only bakers I fully trust! Much love

Thanks Emma. Happy early birthday as well. Can someone tell me how many hours this whole process takes From kneading till it's out of the oven, I don't feel like counting now but I'd like to know how long it takes so that I know when to start

As the sun rises in western Canada. Emma, the greatest tiny Roman, returns to our feeds with freshly baked artisan bread. The one smell better than bacon in the cold light of daybreak!
SHE'S BACK!

Emma - you're a genius. why didn't i think of this thanks for the information WHY dutch ovens are so important, but what those of us can substitute if we don't have one! molto Grazie - Bella!

Fantastic video. I have always wanted to make this type of bread but, living in Brasil means a Dutch Oven is going to cost an arm and a leg. I cannot wait to try this recipe. Thanks!

OMG! The sound of the crust crunching, crispy, and the texture of the bread itself, is captivating, I wish I could reach in and grab a piece!
Luv ya gurl!

We're back I've been needing a bread hack like this for a while, I'm getting back into baking without a Dutch oven so this is perfect. (The grilled cheeses I will be making now)

Thank you for this recipe! It looks amazing! If I do use a Dutch Oven, would the baking times be the same Except I preheat eat the Dutch Oven for maybe 10 minutes
reply

Omg! My mouth was watering every time you squooshed & crunched the bread. Tore it apart & had the olive oil nearby. It truly looked like perfectly made bread.

Thanks, Emma, for this updated recipe and technique version. Absolutely love this recipe already. It reminds me of a good loaf for sandwiches or salty toppings.

Excellent education and information. Not everyone wants to use sourdough or is it convenient to lift heavy pots. This is wonderful. thank you.
reply

Hooray! Your back! That bread making style is wonderful for those of us that cannot deal with heavy pots. It looks amazing.

Welcome back! Out of curiosity, if one wanted to make a whole wheat version of this, what modifications would be required
