EMMA! It is SO crazy to see u because I was JUST thinking about you! My mom and I made your 5 minute microwave Red Velvet Cake today, and as I write, I'm having yet another huge slice of it cus it came out SO FREAKING YUM! Honestly, I was scared about the cream cheese frosting becoming runny, but I followed your method and it held up perfectly! I was actually screaming with joy while making it! I had a question though; every time I make a micro cake like this, it doesn't rise enough and after it comes out, the texture becomes quite compact and not fluffy. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong! Love u always

EMMA! Banana bread is my favorite baked good. Also around Christmas time, it is a great idea to bake banana bread. Slice it into slices about one inch thick. Throw it in the dehydrator until it's completely crispy and packages up as fancy. Biscotti I don't know about anywhere else, but it really impresses us Americans.
P. S. That is a spectacular air fryer!

How is this different to a fan forced oven I have a Healsio oven/microwave. I wouldn't call my oven an airfryer because it isn't. Im not sure I know the difference.

I know it's quicker in a blender, but I don't see that it's saving cleaning a bowl. I'd rather wash a bowl than a blender. (The recipe looks great, though)
