Strawberry Tres Leches Cake Recipe Tres Leches Cake & Strawberry Cake combined into 1! My previous Tres Leches Cakes ( Milk Cake series ): Strawberry Tres Leches Cake: 5 Egg Whites 100 gr Strawberry Jam, smooth and seedless ( 3. 5 Ounces) 50 gr Sugar ( 4 tbsp) 120 gr Milk (8 tbsp) 120 gr All Purpose Flour ( 3/4 cup) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 50 gr Melted Butter or oil ( 3 tbsp) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract( add it to the milk) Strawberry Milk Bath: 80 gr Evaporated Milk ( 3 ounces) 100 gr Heavy Cream ( 3. 5 ounces) 100 gr Milk (3. 5 ounces) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Strawberry Jam smooth and seedless ( Add to your liking) 1/4 tsp Salt Strawberry Whipped Cream: 250 gr Heavy Cream ( 1cup) 3 4 Tbsp Strawberry Jam (smooth and seedless) NOTE: Leave the cake to soak for at least one hour. Traditional Tres Leches is served directly in its baking tray with the excess milk. You can either serve it that way, or transfer it onto a platter like I did. It's up to you, depending what texture you prefer. This recipe makes 6 portions and I used a 7 inch pan: ) If you'd like to make your own strawberry jam ( Which I highly recommend, here is my recipe

I have tried the chocolate version of this cake and it is THE BEST CAKE IVE EVER MADE I usually make half of the recipe because I never know how much my family will like it, but this time they cleared the entire pan! I will be making this version for my moms birthday and I can-t say enough times I-ve never tried a cake as delicious as the recipe you blessed us with THANK YOU

So I noticed the measurements and temperature are off. The grams don't match the cups and 180C is not 320F it's 356F --So I'm a little annoyed and really hoping this cake will still turn out ok. With having cooked it for 30mins already at 320F --If we could please correct the recipe with the proper measurements and temp for the cake that would be greatly appreciated.

I will make this with Raspberries picking them tomorrow. Next spring fresh strawberries, We have lots pf blueberries in the freezer though and they are almost as good as fresh when we make pies. although my wife likes them better when she uses the fresh berries I never complain. We don't mind an excess of fresh berry pies.

Because I live in Australia, seedless and -chunk-less jam isn't really a thing here. Is it possible to make this with what we have (which is more like a preserve, or a conserve, rather than an American style jelly? If I blended our jam until it was smooth with a stick blender, would that work maybe?

Love it going to try it - - but I would have liked it To be in the traditional presentation ( in the milk sauce ) one of my favorite parts of tresleches is gathering the milk in every spoon that goes into my mouth. Love your Chanel though - and beautiful spotless presentation no doubt!

Hey, I've got a question please. Can I bake this in a glass pan? , as it's the only square 7inch pan I have. Cuz when I tried it didn't really rise, and I've made quite a few sponge cakes before and they were successful in normal metal pans
