DIY Summer Fruit Slushies Recipe! Find me also on: Slushies Simple Syrup Recipe: 250 gr Water 125 gr Sugar Pinch of Salt 300 gr of Fresh Fruit 4 6 tbsp of Simple Syrup ( The simple syrup can vary for this recipe depending on your taste buds and what fruit you use) NOTE: This mixture will eventually freeze completely. Make sure to break it up with a fork before it freezes to be able to spoon it in your cup once frozen. You could alternatively pulse the frozen mixture in your blender, however you will destroy all the ice crystals and it will have more of a frozen smoothie texture. My favorite combinations 300 gr Mango, 3 tbsp Lemon Juice, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup 300 gr mixed Berries & Cherries, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Lemon Zest, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup 300 gr Watermelon, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup ( You can add less if you prefer) 300 gr Peaches, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup

Hello Emma, -First of all your vaca looked amazing, fun, & beautiful- This looks so refreshing & delish! I-ve been cooking & baking most of the day & was headed to Sonic for a tigers blood slush. I stopped to look at your video & what do ya know- I-m so far behind this summer on getting half of the things I wanna make done. I-ll catch up eventually-cake, ice cream, slushees, Reese-s ice cream cups- If only they-d magically make themselves- Thanks for the recipes - Loving summer-

I must make these! Ive been making unbelievably good sorbets this week, thanks to your brilliant sorbet recipe. I cheated too, I also tried using tinned mango with the syrup and it turned out great, ok it's not as smooth as your fab recipe but it's more than passable for those of us who cant always get fresh ingredients straight away. Thank you Emma -

Emma just a little tip. -Instead or be using a potato peeler Or cutting your peaches up. -Just boil some water to a simmer -( turn off when it comes to a simmer ) use a big spoon one at at time dunk the peach for 30 seconds now just wipe the skin from the peach off with a towel. -Easy peasy. -By the way Love your Recipes Thank's.
