Firstly, I made your microwave brownie recipe it's delicious and made it twice. I also made your chocolate stovetop pan cake and again it's perfect! I'm going to make next week for my birthday your last recipe for Chocolate cake which is Greek. And finally, today I'm making your easy recipe for birthday cake for my husband and mother. Although it's not their birthday I believe they will love it! Thank you Emma for such great recipes! Much love from Portugal!

Yes! I use to do that. I now put a bowl in the microwave for 15-20 seconds depending on how much ice cream you have. You get nice soft serve texture. Thank you for this cake. I ve made many of your recipes. all delicious and easy to make.

I ve been watching for years even though I like to eat healthy just because you re so wholesome it brightens my day. I did try the blender banana bread with sweetener instead of sugar and it turned out great though.

Swirled ice cream in the bowl yes! The only ice cream cake you can buy in the UK is vienetta it's nice but I think I will make this instead, loads of ice cream, like I like it
