Excellent technique video I gotta say. I'll be skipping the pumpkin seed crust, but my plan for my tenderloins today was similar to this but served with gravy potatoes and asparagus. Tenderloins are a grand cut.

How about adding some herbs - rosemary, sage, thyme - to the broth before putting it into the oven? Or maybe just into the pan sauce?
