So simple, so obvious yet had been waiting some genius - in this case Chef John - to point out! I always make sure some cheese melts and drips on the tray whenever I bake some cheesy goodness; now I don't even have to bake to get those! :)

1: 00 The problem for me is not how long it takes to grate cheese, but finding a cheese grater that doesnt completely suck. Every one I get, the cheese doesnt grate, it just clumps up in the holes.
