Learn how to make a Baked Cauliflower Fries, which weren't worth the effort howartthou: LOL Love the humour. I found with cauliflower pizza I do not have pan fry and squeeze out the moisture. I let my fan forced oven suck out the moisture instead, so all I do is grind the cauliflower then straight in the oven (after mixing in the other ingredients. If you bake it for about 15 minutes at 205C (400F) it works perfectly and saves heaps of time (pan frying and draining is just a waste of time and enough to put anyone off. BTW, I think cauliflower isn't the right ingredient, try substituting almond flour instead, add some cream cheese too, although this would probably taste more like bread sticks.

Thanks for the heads up I won't make it either I take shortcuts when I make anything if possible. I prefer my cauliflower chopped, and roasted with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg and tossed in parm cheese before serving. I wanna make some KNISHES thanks to your video If I had some Hormel Corned Beef hash I'd add it in place of the corned beef and cabbage like I mentioned before as a joke. Seriously I'm just filling mine with potatoes, onions, butter and cheese LOL

I did this just 1 step. not put into he oven 2. after making the cauliflower dough I made shape in rounds and dep fry or just put into the oven. and not so much golden or brown color on the outside and btw I didnt drain the veggie juice which is very vital to me, instead I add bread crumbs inorder to make a dry veggie dough. LOve yur humor talent thnx: )

Thanks Chef John I needed to see this. I just screwed up making a glaze by using too much lemon juice and it just wouldn't reduce, in desperation took it off the double boiler and applied direct heat. Big mistake - the butter browned and at that point I knew I screwed up beyond repair. It's nice to see that even the masters can feel lost sometimes. Thanks for posting.

I appreciate you showing recipes that don't work, when you've gone Keto there's a lot of time/money wasted on trying recipes out. This recipe also shows the desperation some of us on Keto get for a french fry replacement. I'm sick right now and feeling the craving for grilled cheese. I have a good bread recipe that works great as toast but is crap for grilled cheese.

plleasse can you make a video of how to make halva, th ereally chewy pulled kind and the floss kind. cos the videos on here are mroe like just adding sugar to seseme seeds and its really good but not like the way its so chewy like taffy or the floss kind that crumbles and melts. i would love to see that and i think you are just the man for the job

Would low-heat oven cooking work for drying them? Intuitively, fork my little cooking experience, it sounds to me like I would, if the cauliflower were to be spread in a thin layer on a well-conductive surface in the oven (like a metal plate. Has anyone tried that in cooking (not necessarily with cauliflower, but to dry things up?

I like your honesty, such a pity these ended up the way you describe. The end had me thinking, could you thickly pipe the mix with the mixture still moist, freeze them, then whenever you were ready, coat in panko crumbs and fry? I guess you could and it might get a nice crispy outer sans all the extra steps?

Take 1 head of cauliflower; detach trees: stalks with flowers. Prepare for frying in breading, making sure the cauliflower is well- (but not over-) salted. Fry, just like okra, pickles, mushrooms, green tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, green beans or onion rings. Result: delicious. Keep it simple
