Live Feed of Chef John Mowing Linny: Chef John I love you so much. but I felt violated when you allowed someone else to host a show instead of you. It was a betrayal of trust. you were often hhe only reason I didnt cuss my chef out. as a sommelier and server you gave me hope and faith in humanity. As a sustainable organic gardener. I often wanted to send you produced from my garden. yea. even my paw-paws. Please, don't allow others to intrude on our closeness. I fear that one day. an angry sous chef may reap the full weight of my wrath if not for you. sincerely a fan.

You have gophers ruining your lawn. here I have an overly warm winter that managed to snow in October and February (but not November, December, and most of January) ruining my lawn. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm trying to make a dandelion crop for my salads so I don't mow or use pesticides or that kind of stuff. Had a mulberry tree pop up about 5-10 years ago. was going to harvest it for a walking stick as a sapling, got lazy and said I'll do it tomorrow, and then next thing I new several years later it was fruiting. Dandelion salad with berries - yum

Welcome to Sebastopol Chef John and the Mrs Home of gophers, moles, voles (docile hamster like field mice, spiders (some black widows do thrive big time in their habitat) and now comes you to make it all an even better place Yea: ) You might want to look into planting a small grove of some Australian Finger Limes. very gourmet and would likely be a super rare addition to your finest cuisine. Think lemon/lime flavor with caviar/tapioca texture and beautiful to ponder and taste.

Yes. heard the rock It got to 67 today in PA 90 miles south of Buffalo. Spring is on it's way Fun fact. go online and order the mower belts, blades, and get a lift when they go on sale at your local stores. Trust me. it's as useful as adding cayenne.

You know how people will freeze their credit cards in a block of ice to prevent making rash purchases? Or hide their car keys before a party so they won't drive drunk? Those are a smart ideas, I think. after watching this video.

Box trap and carrot is a good recipe for pocket gophers. My friend says peanut butter works. If you grow vegetables on your property then you have to consider the gopher as a problem.
