Chef John I was wondering if I could request for you to make something. Thai stuffed chicken wings with glass noodles. My husband loves these. We used to get them all the time at a restaurant in Southern California. Now that we've moved we have not been able to find them in any Thai restaurant. I tried to make them once myself but it was very frustrating trying to debone a chicken wing and I swore I would never try it again. But I think that if I were able to watch you do it I just might. Thank you for all of your videos. I enjoy watching and learning. There's so many things that I would never have tried to make (or eat for that matter) if it weren't for your videos. I'm working hard at making all of my friends and relatives turn on to your videos as well

Hi, Chef John Any advice for someone from the other side of the ocean, what could I substitute the Chorizo Pork Sausage with? Over here, we only have the spanish chorizo: smoked hard sausage (like salami/pepperoni) that is a delicious favourite for Tappas. Could I season minced/ground pork meat in a way to use for this recipe?

What's the differences between the hipster cream cheese and regular? They have so many molecular, chemical and flavor diferenations. I live in Alaska where there is nothing of that sort and I'm very curious of flavor, how being it's texture works with ingredients and it's overall usefulness being as it is. Love the content btw

Cream cheese does hold thing together well even when hot. That's why it is great for stuffed mushrooms, and anything you want to stuff and want your food to cook with out the stuffing turning to liquid and running out. I like chorizo and don't eat it often. So it's great when I do. Moderation, that way everything stays good.

Fundido literally means on fire when it's used to referred to the cheese dish. Many mexican restaurants serve this as an appetizer and use lighter fluid to serve it on fire. That is, actually flaming. However queso fundido is supposedly to be melty, not like a casserole.

Chef John, I'm getting a huge 4K HDR tv delivered on Friday. Could you start filming in 4K by then? actually 8K would be better, that way I could get the images super-sampled. I hear that the Red Weapon 8k camera is really good.

We have a similar dish here in South Texas called Queso Flamiado or Choriqueso. It's chorizo served over melted Oaxaca cheese with corn chips or flour tortillas. Most Mexican restaurants here serve it as an appetizer.
