Could I slice the potatoes, THEN boil them? I was asked to bring a side dish for Easter. This might be the ticket. The relatives always expect me to bring something different every year to the holiday gatherings. After all, I am the bringer of the ringer!

It made me giggle at the end because, despite it only being a prop chop, not a future video, and not the subject of this video, you still cut into and tasted it first.
The casserole might be good, but meat is still better. :D

Omg that looks so simple and yummy, perfect with roast chicken or fish. Will definitely try and also spinach and potatoes are definitely not a weird combination. Think Indian Aloo saag.

I once heard a comedian compare feta cheese to that balled up deodorant in some peoples armpit and I don't think I could ever try eating feta myself.

im not sure how i feel about this since its not in pita form but we'll see. also potato and leak pita is the best. my grandma is making it for orthodox easter

Since you have spinach and cheese in this recipe, wouldn t you want a little bit of grated nutmeg in the mixture, too? I know that s what I d add.

Everything in this recipe can be made kosher for Passover, too, and would be a gorgeous dish for a seder feast. Sounds and looks wonderful!
