These Peach Crumble Muffins are simply amazing. Soft and moist inside, full of peach pieces, with crispy crumble on top, are by far one of the best treats you can get alongside your morning coffee. Ingredients Makes about 12-14 muffins 1 pound (450g, about 3 peaches, peeled and diced Crumb Topping 1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar 2/3 cup (85g) all purpose flour 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted 1 teaspoons (3g) cinnamon Muffin Batter 1 stick (110g) butter, room temperature 2/3 cup (135g) sugar 1 tsp (4g) baking powder 1 tsp (6g) baking soda 2 eggs 1/4 tsp (2g) salt 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract tsp (1g) cinnamon 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour 1/3 cup (80g) sour cream 1/4 cup (60ml) milk 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners. 2. Prepare the crumble topping: In a bowl, combine sugar with flour and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir with a fork to combine. Set aside. 3. In a medium bowl mix flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. 4. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla extract, sour cream, milk and mix to combine. Add flour mixture and mix until well incorporated. 5. Incorporate peaches with a rubber spatula. 6. Spoon batter evenly among liners, up to the top. Add a tablespoon of crumble on top of each muffin. 7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

I baked this recipe two times, actually. The first time I decided to try to bake the whole batch in an 18 cm tin. It took an eternity to bake, and even though it was delicious, I'd rather not wait for 2 hours again. Today I made these in a muffin tin, and they obviously took only half on hour to be done. Soooo good. That crumble on top is addictive. As always, thank you for a wonderful recipe. I really love your videos

I baked these cupcakes. Thanks for the recipe. Mine cooked in about 20 minutes. Also, I didn't have sour cream on hand, so I used regular yogurt instead and it worked It was moist and delicious. The only thing was that I don't know why the crumb topping did not look nice and even on the cupcakes Next time I wouldn't add the topping.

Mmm mmm mmm I just made these And they came out so lovely and moist. I used canned peaches since I had no fresh ones. I made sure to really drain them so they wouldn't make the batter too wet and ruin the texture
