Blondies are one of the easiest desserts you can make with an amazing texture and flavor. Brown sugar is one of the main ingredients alongside butter and vanilla. Browning the butter enhances the caramel flavor and makes them totally irresistible. Ingredients Makes about 9 servings 1/2 cup (113g) butter 2/3 cup (150g) packed brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract 1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder 1/4 tsp (1g) salt 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour 1/3 cup (60g) white chocolate chips/chunks 1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C. Grease with butter a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) pan and line with parchment paper. 2. Place butter into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until butter gets a nutty brown color It may take few minutes. 3. Sieve the butter into a large bowl and let cool to room temperature. 4. In a medium bowl whisk together flour with baking powder and salt and set aside until ready to use. 5. Add brown sugar over the melted brown butter and mix to combine. Incorporate egg and then add vanilla extract. 6. Add flour mixture and mix to combine. Fold the chocolate chips and transfer the batter into the prepared pan. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 8. Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting it into squares. Enjoy.

i did tried this recipe, it tasted so good. things you guys need to watch out from this recipe take a medium size saucepan to melt the butter, cz it does overflow while you stirring 2nd is when you bake it start to check the Blondies after 18 mintues or so cz if you let it too long it'll be harden so watchout these things. i loved the flavor of this recipe. thank you for sharing this recipe much love

Omg. i just made them. first of all, they are literally THE BEST blondies I've ever tasted. They have the perfect sweetness, texture and flavour. They haave a nuty under-flavour thanks to the butter and you definitely feel the white chocolate. I added chopped almonds and loved it. THANK YOU

I'm planning to make these, they look amazing But I like a bit of peanut flavour in a blondie - what are your thoughts on adding a little peanut butter? If so, what quantity would you advise, and when would you add it? Thanks.

Thanks for this recipe Was definetely a surprise The brown butter and a good quality chocolate are the key to success. I used Callebaut and served them with homemade raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Did you use light brown sugar or dark? And did you scoop the flour straight from the jar or spooned it in and leveled off the top? Love to make this (And most importantly, eat it)
