These irresistible Parmesan Chicken Bites are an amazing way of preparing chicken, without needing to deep fry. Crunchy on the outside while the inside remains tender and soft are simply hard to resist. Ingredients 2 pounds (900g) chicken breast 2 cups (120g) panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, grated 1 tsp (2g) smoked paprika 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder 1 tbsp (3g) dried parsley (or any other herbs) 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup (125g) all purpose flour 2 2 eggs Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C. Line 1 or 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl combine panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside until ready to use. 3. Cut chicken breast in about 1 inch (4cm) bite size pieces. Season chicken with salt and pepper. 4. Into a large bowl add flour and chicken pieces. Use a spoon to toss the chicken into the flour until all pieces are coated. Transfer the chicken to another clean bowl and discard the excess flour. 5. Beat eggs with oil and pour over the chicken and toss to coat. 6. Roll each piece of chicken in the panko Parmesan mixture. Transfer the pieces to the prepared pans. 7. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. 8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Hey I asked you in your last video whether you can make a chocolate cake with frosting recipe for your next video but you suggested me making rose cake, I did want to make it but it contains a huge amount of ingredients like 300gm of whipping cream and again 500 gum off whipping cream, also in the cake it makes 2 layers, maybe I think I can make the cake but can you tell another frosting recipe, I really don't know how to make the frosting you showed in that video, it requires gelatin too which I don't have, I think I am just going to wait till you make another video on making a simple chocolate cake with simple frosting Pls

Great recipe, just made it last night Followed it pretty closely, only main difference being I didn't have grated Parmesan so I just used the typical powder kind, but it turned out great. Only thing to note is that cooking times will (obviously) vary depending on oven, I ended up needing just over 20 min for them to be done. Served with warmed up marinara sauce. Thanks for the great recipe

For anyone making these i suggest marinading the chicken in buttermilk for 30-60 min before doing this it makes them so much more tender and succulent.
