Love your recipes I have a question. Hope you can help me decide. I am planning on making Rasberry Cheese Cake. I will either make the one you made in your previous videos or the rasberry cheese cake in Gordon Ramsays video. He made it without a base or any floor so to say. It looks good as well. But not familiar with that technique. What's your take on that? Keep it up Your the best Cheers

I have made the bread twice. Excellent results. I have another loaf rising. I love that you give weight measurements. It just makes it so much easier. Which flour do you prefer for cheese bread - bread or all purpose. I have EH cloche and Romertopf clay baker. Can I use either one to bake this bread. Pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I love the videos. I've made this and your potato bread and they have both been fantastic. Would you be able to do a video on kneading technique s at all? I'm a bit of a novice baker and have trouble handling some doughs, especially the high hydration ones. Cheers. :)

I have tried this twice but the bread was like chewing through a rubber boot. It seemed that the water to flour ratio is off. This, I think, is why the bread is done but rubbery in texture. If this is what it is supposed to be like, please let me know

My husband and I made this recipe the other night. It was fantastic The amount of yeast seemed a little low so we bumped it to 1/2 tsp (active dry yeast. The cheese on top was the best part. Thanks for the recipe

I want to make this recipe, now if i don't have that iron cast pan, can i make it in a regular pan and cover with foil? Or make in any sauce pan casserole, the same one i use for stew?

no knead technique makes so much sense here. Don't overwork the cheese into the flour by kneading it, still get that fluffy crumb structure and cheesy flavour. Very smart
