The difference between us Italians and people trying to copy our food is the level of indulgence. Why would you make a chocolate panna cotta and then proceed to pour melted chocolate over it? It is over the top and just totally needless. Had you gone and topped it maybe with white chocolate or a sauce that could cut through the richness, I could understand. But this is just americanised over the top rubbish.

I love your baking videos and have already baked a lot of it, and it was always delicious (my favorite recipe is the carrot cake with caramel) I am only a vegan since this year and therefore I can not make any of your recipes anymore. That's why I wanted to ask you if you could possibly upload a few vegan recipes? paulen. a (I'm from Germany, please do not judge me because of my bad English)

Once finished I did the same thing I do with Creme Caramel, I ran a knife around the edges and put a plate over top and flipped the plate upside down allowing it to come out, It worked for me but I don't really recommend it that way but you can try it if you'd like, Love these

Hi ella, this looks great I'll try it soon but I have a question, did you cool down the chocolate sauce before putting it on panna cotta? If yes, how long?
