This Apple Walnut Caramel Cake is a mouthwatering rich dessert, full of flavor and texture, perfect for any time of the year. Soft and moist apple cake layers topped with a crunchy caramelized walnuts, filled with dulce de leche buttercream and topped with salted caramel sauce. Wonderful combination of apple, walnut and caramel. I tried the caramel sauce from your recipe for drip glaze topping on my chocolate coffee cake for my daughter's birthday today and it came out so perfect that the 9 inch cake was over in no time. Everybody loved the caramel sauce. Thank you so much for sharing a beautiful recipe. I shall surely try this apple walnut caramel cake next time. Love n hugs from India.

For those who is going to make this cake, please add flour to your apple like what Ella did because it is to prevent the fruits to be on the bottom of the cake since it is a wet fruit, by coating it with flour it will stay in place and distributed through out the cake.

I really can't wait for that day when I'm over with med school and already earn independently and just spoil myself with these recipes in the kitchen lol I guess that's one of the rewards of all these hardships and sacrifices I'm making

I've made your Black Forest Cake before and it was great. I'm looking forward to making this cake too since it seems simple to make but looks so elegant. Also the undecorated cake looks like a wheel of cheese, which is funny.

It looks wonderful, but the video goes too fast. Id just like to see the recipe at the end and what temperature to pre heat the oven at the beginning.
