Do Italians search recipes just to complain about them? If all of you are from bologna and know the proper and ONLY way to cook bolognese, why are you watching the video? Make a video of how to do it the right way or just keep moving. Sheesh. Every country has their own flavor profile so recipes will be tweaked to fit those preferences. Even within Italy in the various regions things are prepared differently. Calm down.

No garlic, no basil, no broth, no origano and red vine instead of the white vine. All the other things are perfect Sorry I live in Bologna and I eat this dish like every sunday

I am your fan. Your recipes are incredible. I've tried some of them here in Brazil and they made a huge success. Congratulations on your excellent work.

milk and tomato puree(no dice-cut tomato) will be so mild and rich. I always use cheap bologna sausage for pancetta, cuz its so expensive in Japan
