I tried making these today. I followed the recipe to the max and mines did not come out like yours. My chocolate was lumpy as if the butter refused to melt all the way through. I am not sure if my heat was too high or what. Any idea's as to what went wrong? I also made these with semi-sweet dark milk chocolate and those came out fine.

I made a horrible extra unhealthy version. Used all 100ml of the Whipping cream. Used sweetened coconut flakes. Used 220gm of chocolate. I am really trying to make a healthier version next time. My calculation is 4. 5g Saturated Fat Per Ball and 6. 0g sugar per Ball.

Another recipe to try out. The name sounded like it was hard to make and seemed expensive, but the procedure is easy-peasy. Thanks for always sharing your knowledge with us You super inspire me: )
