Tell people to eat less meat. but doesn t say we need to stop eating animals and their by-products, which is what needs to happens for any long term environmental change to take place. I don t see how saying eating less meat helps when you still have the by-products from beef as major parts of the dish. cows are raised for many reasons. Meat sadly is only 1 of those, make the connection, dairy is murder. more animals die and suffer worse abuse in the dairy industry than the beef industry, more hormones, steroids and antibiotics are used for DAIRY not beef. people simply refuse to watch and see the truth

Probably gonna get down voted for this, but this is pretty unhealthy stuff. It's all carbs, cheese, veggies. A person would not get full eating this because of the missing protein. Too bad none of them had any beans or legumes. That would have improved all of them to a genuine vegetarian meal. These recipes probably taste great but most people would over eat trying to get their adequate protein.

These foods are high in carbs, very bad for diabetics like myself. I am managing my diabetes without medication by avoiding carbohydrates. Jamie has put a lot of weight on and looks like he is becoming insulin resistant. It wouldn't surprise me if he becomes diabetic. LCHF diets out perform HCLF diets every single time.

Made this last night, it s OK but in reality it s just spicy mashed potato in a bun. Very mushy despite me crisping ( burning) it all over inside & out. Mint sauce was VERY minty and over powering. The pomegranate and chutney is a good idea though.

This is what you call invention cause what the did the people of early age do. they only had meat but by making vegetarian food it's literally an invention how a meal can be prepared without even killing anyone. I loved this video. Thankyou Chef

Most of those look really delicious, but there isn't much protein going on there. Maybe add some beans, lentils, quinoa, eggs, tofu, nuts, or tempeh? You had the cheese in there, which has protein, but parmesan isn't usually vegetarian-friendly.

I love that lasagne, it looks so nice. i always take ages until i'm done with my recipe, but the kids love it. and that cauliflower cheese. that looks so yummy and chewy in this very special way thanks alot jamie, you made my day

Jamie I love your recipes just so you know We don't add too much turmeric and fenugreek seeds as both have very strong flavor and can easily over power the other spices. Love from India.
