Gennaro is so wrong when he says You buy tuna and perhaps you put it in mayonnaise. No sir, I buy tuna and mix it with ricotta, goat cheese, capers, and oil and lemon juice. just like you taught me to do in another recipe. Though you didn t teach me to expect that everyone eats it while I ve only had one serving.

- Why I m cooking so good! - Because, my dear Gennaro, you use always the same ingredients, pasta, olive oil, garlic, chili, lemon juice, salt pepper. Sometimes there are dried tomato, pecorino cheese, prosciutto, bacon or tuna. You are master of the same thing. ;)

I developed a taste for the spicy chili flavor instant ramen noodles, with a can of Albacore (this is important) tuna mixed in, when I was in the county jail. I still make it like that at least once a week, on the outside. sigh

I usually make this almost exact dish with canned jurel instead of tuna (it is a very cheap, hearty and common fish here in chile, using any green available. It is absolutely delicious [salivates profusely].

Someone gave my flatmate fresh Salmon fillets. Didn't know what to do with them, so I BBQ'd them, tore them up & threw them in this recipe. Awesome! Thanks Gennaro!

why is Gennaro always cooking outdoors? I do several things with tuna - yes tuna salad but also in potato salad with a vinaigrette, so many thngs to do with it.

respect to the italian cuisine but nothing beats the indian cuisine. all these things you can get much better, spicier and tastier in the indian cuisine.

I literally made tuna pasta with mayo last night. I haven t started the video yet, but I m guessing he isn t following my recipe in this video?
