They look uncomfortable with each other because their body language is different, they don't mirror each other. Also they don't have to face the camera in this style of interview but they keep trying. Personally, if Jaime Oliver starts to spin in circles while talking it'll be alright with me. As long as he keeps cooking the way he does and do all the wonderful education he does. I've learned from him more about cooking then anyone. And I save a ton of money by cooking at home.
