Dear Foodtube. Love watching Mr. Oliver's own videos and all the guest chefs cooking. I would love it (and many fans probably as well) if you somehow made a video dedicated to MUSHROOMS. Showcasing the different kinds, what recipes may fit and cooking techniques. I feel that mushrooms do not get the recognition they deserve and I am tired of seeing the cheapest and in my own humble opinion least delicious mushroom represent the Fungi: the button mushoroom/ common mushroom/champignon mushroom. Regards a hungry fan.

So you call the sauce alloli. In fact it comes from the CATALAN word all i oli ( all = garlic; oli = oil. Today was the Catalan national day and it was amazing. Has anyone heard about it? We want our independence from Spain.

OMG you are cooking lamb inside the ski station. I can't see what would be better. As I live in Brazil, I unfortunately can't ski really often: (
