? i don't understand why the vegitarians eat eggs but don't eat cheese that is made of cow's milk, what is the reason of that egg could be a chicken so there is a reason to not eat it but milk could not be anything when you drink milk you don't harm any creature! also milk and cheese are not unhealthy food

Looks great. Does anyone know what he means by vegetarian cheese? I mean, all cheese is vegetarian, right? And vegan makes no sense because he's using eggs so the recipe isn't vegan anyhow, so what would be the point? Anyway, I think I'll make it with regular cheese see if it turns out as great as it looks.

I'm not a veggie, but that sounds and looks pretty damn tasty! Didn't catch the name of the squash he used though, it looked like a mini pumpkin, and the recipe linked in the description says butternut, but it definitely wasn't one of those. Can anyone enlighten me?

I would really love it if you checked out my latest video, the Beef one. A different way of cooking. I wouldn't call it revolutionizing but it's new and different! Also this looks so good. It's amazing how everything on Food Tube looks so perfect!

is it possible to make this a head of time and then to warm a little before serving? I'd like to make this as a side for my thanksgiving this year, but am worried i won't be able to if i can't start it ahead of time: /

It seems like a simple thing in the plate, but the tought behind it is pretty complex, siince there is layers of flavors, different textures, all in a vegetarian and gluten-free execution. Nice job!

Is this starter meant to be served cold? Only asking as i've got to make a starter for a Christmas meal and will need to transport this to another venue without an oven for re-heating. Thanks.

I am so fascinated by this recipe, + squash is one of my favorite root/vegetable, that I have added to my favorite list. I cannot wait to try it, probably this week.

I wish I could find that cheese in my country or some other ingredients. I would love to try a good vegetarian dish. Being vegetarian here is difficult. Thanks Jamie!
