DJ BBQ is cooking up a steak dinner just for you from start to finish without stopping. Marinated bavette steak seared in a pan with Woodstock Dan's Green Beans on the side. All from the Food Tube Truck at the years On Blackheath festival. Radaliciuos! Please

I would never eat his food. He touched all on the meat with his rings on, washed his hands for 0. 5 seconds with no soap, his nails were dirty, no gloves, he touched the door to go out of the trailer and back in without washing his hands, and touched ALL over the food. Nasty.

Mr. Cameraman, I may not be a professional, but bro try to stay two steps ahead of the cook, cause half of the time, you're right in between DJ BBQ's face and the food. Just some feedback fer ye, my two cents.

Oohhh man. Just broke my chopping board in half. Probably should have at least practised with a ball first. Haha. Food looks good, I'm ganna have to try find some of that hibiscus, never used it before now.

if you had poured some of the oil of the steak pan into the pan of the beans instead of wasting it in the sink it would have elevated the flavour of the beans and onions in my opinion. great simple dish!

these videos are cool except for the insane amounts of super jerky extreme closeups. stand still for a gotdamn minute and just let us watch them make magic. we don't all have ADD.

Cool vid - looks tasty, I'll have to try that cut! I need one of those outfits for when I'm cooking for guests, maybe with a Welsh flag on though or flames.

Wait a minute. How is he boiling the greens for four minutes, then marinating the meat overnight, then finding the vegetables boiling again the day after.

Nice one Bro! Try cooking potato wedges and then bake them in roasting pan greased with duck and pig fat with chopped pork cracklings and chilli flakes.

Love my niece she knows more cooking than i do. She bopped my head when i didnt know you could make hibiscus as a good replacement for a vinaigrette.

The Bavette, Skirt and Flank are all different cuts. The Bavette, or Flap Meat is far and away the most tender and flavorful of the three cuts.
