I wonder why it is that a cook/chef always uses only part of a fruit or veg, they never use ALL of it. Have you ever seen HALF a lemon, or HALF a parsnip or HALF a Tomato for sale in the supermarket, and the part you DON'T use never lasts very long, so you HAVE to use it up fast or throw it away. Just once I'd like to see a chef use ALL of his/her ingredients, as in ALL of a can of peas or ALL of a can of tomatoes, or ALL of a parsnip, without having to throw ANYTHING away, it would make such a pleasant change, I'm SURE there are plenty of other people who think the same too, especially those on a limited budget. Come on chefs spread the word use the WHOLE VEGIE the WHOLE fruit and the WHOLE can of stuff, not just one BIT of it

Looks delicious and it was worth to learn the correct way to make a oozy poached egg. BTW DJ BBQ, you're right when you say everyone is sticked to potatoes, chickpeas and beans are so healthy and tasty.

I was wondering what I am gonna cook for dinner today and every ingredient from your recipe is in my fridge. All I had to do was write turkey with chickpeas into the searchbar. Thanks DJ!

Beautiful left over dish DJ and the poached egg is perfect! I love eggs also! I never knew that hard boiled yolks were harder to digest than runny yolks, but it makes sense. TFS! :)

DJ BBQ was so annoying, like a constant fuzzy headache throughout this whole video. He also called his turkey 'chicken' around the 6. 30 mark. Err, really!

Meh! This is why some people should just do voiceover over nice shots of the food! A bit annoying to watch, man, yeah man. Dude, brussel sprouts man

I really appreciate this type of recipes: simple and with everyday ingredients! I believe that the simpler something is, the better it tastes: )
