Jamie trying desperately to revive a dying restaurant chain. He sounds so nervous here, as though he s been told he has to close lots of restaurants and is in debt due to mediocre food. Shame. You d be better off, Jamie, with 1 or 2 quality restaurants rather than lots of bad ones. Bear in mind this comes from someone who has never owned a restaurant, so can t really critique, but as a customer, I know you can do better. All the best.

Jamie, I beg you. I love your videos but I'm motion sick, this is not the first video I can't watch because of the camera holder staggering around like a drunken man: -( Within 30s I get physically sick. Please please ask your cameraman to stop doing this: -( A lot of people suffer from motion sickness, so it's probably not just me. Nausea is the last thing you want to feel when you are in the mood for good food and exploring new recipes.

Jamie, I have shrimp and squid problems. If I put lemonade, it ll taste like full lemonade, if I dont, then it ll smell and taste like raw seafood. Any tip? Also for all frying, please tell us the right flame and oil temperature. I always have problems with this. Argh. Love from Indonesia. :)

I made this and it turned out amazing. One thing I changed was I used harrisa instead of the Calabrian chili paste and here s a big one that you all should add. I used wine steeped with saffron threads. That saffron flavor brings it to the next level.

It's 5 pm here I decided to make this but I live very far from sea so I didn't get hold of any of the ingredients so I substituted everything with the ingredients available. the only ingredients available. white wine. Now I am a lil drunk.

The recipe of the most delicious sandwich in Russia: white bread spread with a mixture of grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise to put a piece of sausage or ham to put a slice of tomato sprinkled with chopped green onion and dill.

No thanks Jamie. Can't afford to eat at your place as the sugar tax has come in now and you just closed some of your resturants cos you were to busy fighting the invisible sugar monster instead of running you resturants.

Has Jamie's Italian ever played around with flavoured pasta? I bet some pepper, Old Bay, or other spices in the dough would be a great layer of flavour. I've made a lemon-pepper pasta that would go great with seafood.

Another promotion from a chef who s going bankrupted. sad really but then again he could sell his multi million quid house if he was desperate to save his restaurants. Nice recipes all round but way to dear.
