Kimchi stew is one of the most-loved of all the stews in Korean cuisine. Its a warm, hearty, spicy, savory, delicious dish that pretty much everyone loves. As long as they can handle spicy food, I never met a person who didnt like kimchi-jjigae.

Korean kimchi is a good food like medicine that protects against virus activity.
I didn't know that kimchi gives me this health,
These days, the Corona virus has spread everywhere.
Doctors and food researchers are making kimchi effects.
At first, I'm afraid of the intensity of the scent.
I can only find Korean food before I know it.
Kimchi is love.

I've only recently started making my own kimchi at home and I have it with most meals. I'm excited to use this recipe where the kimchi is the star of the dish instead of being on the side! Thank you for your content.

This is my go to comfort food now, Maangchi! You are so right about the ripeness of the kimchi. My second attempt with aged kimchi made a huge difference.
