Hi, Maangchi, Can I ask the purpose of the first time boiling cabbage? I meant, because it eventually will be boiled in the end with potato, is there any purpose doing it in the beginning? would like to know, thanks

Gamjatang at Galleria Supermarket is good! They dont serve it now because of the pandemic. Hopefully they will serve again soon!
