Hello maangchi, i did your mandu guk, first i thought i missed something in the prawn dumplings as i found them flavourless then i remember they used to be eaten with a sauce and that we had to eat the soup with kimchi. It was the occasion for my husband to taste my homemade kimchi. He was a little ill but when he ate the soup. he said 'delicious', ate three times with kimchi and told me 'maangchi recipe is delicious and so fresh! ' And i was proud. Thank you very much next time i'll try to make the dumplings some time before and froze them a little because half of the dumplings opened while cooking

This looks delicious! I have trouble finding food I wanna try because Im a picky eater, but a lot of your recipes look really good and I plan on trying now that I have more time to try making them.

Egg strips is my favorite topping on Indonesian yellow rice! We beat white and yellow together tho, and some people browned the egg a bit so it doesn't seem raw

I just love the way she talks n of course her recipes are great - in Mauritius we have super duper dumpling soups too chinese version but very similar
