I do make a lot of Korean dishes from her videos. I really like how she uses western measurements (tsp, tbsp, cup. She doesn't use bowl, kg, gram, etc) because she is being considerate. Not everyone has Asian bowls or a scale. And her recipe ends up not too spicy or salty. To me it suits my preference. And her food is easy to make: )

I love this recipe! My roommates and I snack on them all the time to keep our weight down lol. How long would this keep in the fridge if I double or trippped the recipe? Its picked so at least a few months right?

Can this recipe be used to pickle cucumber? There was a Korean restaurant I frequented just for the bapsaang. None of the other restaurants ever served the cucumber.

I think danmuji and chicken mu is same the only difference is shape and color i think and I made danmuji and me and my brother loved it!
