this video made me cringe. yahyah, shes beautiful, shes a good chef but when it comes to teaching something, its better to have a professional do it. she's showing bad technique all around this video and this will only influence beginners to do the same as she did in this video. _.

Kiki does a great job explaining this! I've never made sushi either - I just watch these videos and dream on it. But I get it now! The way she walks through each step, rolls it & cuts it is different from Davy - makes so much more sense to my newbie eyes.

Ok I've noticed in this video and others that sushi being cut into fourths or multiples of 4. This is not done as in the Japanese culture 4 and 9 are a unlucky numbers and 4 is closely related to death. Just curious is this taboo no longer observed in Japan?

Can you make a vegetrian sushi like nothing that contains animal, but contians the black paper and the rice plz, is that am vegetrian and am indian, and in my religon we dont eat none animals tuna nothing, also none mushroom, can you make a video plz?

Thanks for this nice video (as you usually do) When Kiki cut the roll, it looked as if the knife sticked to the rice, and that is why I dip my knife in water before I cut my sushi rolls What do you suggest?
