Very cool video! Could you try and make different types of dip or tartar that can be eaten with chips? Like use bluefish, or tuna, or salmon. Just something I thought would be really cool! I know you had already done a salmon tartar video a while back, but I d love to see a full video based on different seafood dips!

That plating is hideous, I m sure everyone who works in a kitchen has done some dishes in their life and that s what they come in looking like. Not to mention the state of the fish, no enthusiasm whatsoever.

I think with the playing you should have used something that contrasted the tuna a little more the pumpkin was a little similar so it didn t really make the tuna the focus but looks delicious

It may taste good, but the presentation is horrible. The fish looks soggy, with no presentational grill marks and it looks like its siting on baby vomit.
