This new Japanese style food treat is made with cucumber corners and a combination of white sushi rice and pink sushi rice. This extravagant and colorful assembly of food is surrounding a core of both sashimi grade tuna and sashimi grade salmon with a splash of carrot sauce. I was more impressed when it looked like a tiny square in the thumbnail pic for this video. Now, that I ve seen the entire video, not only am I not impressed, I want to see this guy starve on an island with only isopods to eat. I ll get my sushi advice from that Japanese fella, that uses a knife more confidently and always greets me with a good afternoon.

This was a great video all though, when you said I'll just throw away the excess I was like, that was such a waste. You could just ate it because if you don't know, you are one of the luckiest person in the world 'cause if you don't know, not everybody has food, neither money. So, why throw it away?

Why do you constantly repeat yourself as something is perfect that you have completed? It is irritating to listen too! I was taught by Japanese that nothing in the world is perfect and nothing should be centered at the beginning. So even Sushi is not perfect and neither are you nor I

Because throwing away half of the ingredients is something the Japanese culture approves of. Shouldn't even call this sushi unless you plan to at least serve the waste you cut out. Perfect

How are you expected to eat that monstrosity? I ve worked in a sushi kitchen for 2 years and that just looked like Christmas party food you don t know how to eat without making a mess.

T T I wish I could have sashimi T T but no none of the fish they sell in Australia are sashimi quality T T if you live in the city yeah maybe but where I live NOPE

I just took 40 minutes to make a 5 super basic Maki Sushi Roll, but I'll definitely try this next time! Awesome, beautiful pattern and great skill.

I'm sorry but the rice squishing make me wanna vomit. i hate to think that this is how they close the sushi rolles where i eat
